Mobility service

You can dial ( 010 542098) and book your scooter over the phone. A booking card can be filled in either on line or directly in our office at Palazzo Ducale. The scooter availability will be confirmed either by phone or e-mail.

Scooter Using the scooter is free for everybody in possession of the card “OK Liguria per tutti”, which can be requested by contacting the office at Terre di Mare or by filling out the form online.

The card also allows the use of the scooter at special occasions, such as international events held at the Fiera del Mare, or events organised by Terre di Mare at places of interest in and around the city.

Only motor disabled adults and those who have difficulty walking may hire the scooters. Children over the age of 14 may use the scooter under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian.

Terre di Mare operators will deliver the scooter after a driving check up of the applicant’s capability.

Scooters are available at Terre di Mare Info point (Palazzo Ducale). You can also request a scooter at the two main train stations, Brignole and Principe, either at the Aquarium or the main parking area downtown. The latter possibility is kept for people which are already users of the Mobility Service or can prove they are able to ride the scooter.

To use this service it is necessary to leave your identity card as deposit (or another personal document). The disabled person will be informed about routes, the accessibility of tourist facilities, and all the cultural events/exhibitions organised in Genoa’s historical centre. In case of emergency our operators will be at your disposal for prompt assistance.

Last but not least we would like to inform you that La Cruna’s special operators are running the service thanks to the kind support of “Costa Edutainment S.p.A.”.
